Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 6, 2026 | Version 1.2
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using PixelPro AI. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Robotics Realm, a registered Indian proprietorship operating the PixelPro AI platform ("PixelPro AI", "we", "us", or "our"), having its principal place of business in Cuttack, Odisha, India. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the PixelPro AI platform.
1. About the Platform
PixelPro AI is an artificial intelligence powered image and video generation platform. Registered users may submit text prompts and reference images to generate images and short video clips using our AI models and third-party rendering infrastructure. The platform is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering, accessible via web browser.
All content generated on this platform is synthetically produced by artificial intelligence ("AI-Generated Content" or "Synthetically Generated Information" / "SGI"). In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2026 ("IT Rules 2026"), all outputs are identified as AI-generated at the point of delivery within the platform interface.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire platform at any time with or without notice. PixelPro AI will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
2. Eligibility
By using PixelPro AI you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age. The platform is not intended for users under 18.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India or your jurisdiction.
- You are not located in a country subject to sanctions or trade restrictions that would prohibit use of the platform.
- You are not on any government or regulatory prohibited-persons or denied-parties list.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration
To use PixelPro AI you must create an account using a valid mobile number verified by one-time password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account information up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Keep your account access secure and not share it with any third party
- Notify us immediately at support@pixelpro-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices
PixelPro AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, bans, credit systems, or platform policies is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts without refund.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Uses
Subject to these Terms, PixelPro AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for lawful personal or commercial creative purposes, including:
- Generating original image and video content for personal projects, social media, marketing, or educational use
- Experimenting with AI generation for research or portfolio development
- Creating content for clients, provided you hold the necessary rights to all submitted reference material
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You must not use PixelPro AI to:
- Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of any person or entity under the laws of India, including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS").
- Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any synthetically generated content that misrepresents a real person's likeness, voice, or actions without their explicit consent. This constitutes an offence under Section 66E of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant provisions of the BNS.
- Generate content that outrages religious feelings or deliberately hurts the religious sentiments of any class, community, or group, as prohibited under Section 299 of the BNS, 2023. This includes obscene, sexually explicit, or demeaning depictions of any deity, religious figure, or sacred symbol of any religion including Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Jainism.
- Upload, submit, or attempt to generate the face, likeness, voice, or persona of any real person, celebrity, or public figure without their explicit written consent. This prohibition applies whether or not the celebrity or public figure is identified by name. Content that depicts, resembles, or could reasonably be interpreted as portraying any real celebrity or public figure — including through descriptive generation without naming them, through AI-generated lookalike characters, or through any indirect method — is strictly prohibited.
- Produce content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted images, logos, or trademarked material used without authorisation.
- Generate content involving minors in any sexual, violent, or exploitative context. This is a criminal offence under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO").
- Generate content that promotes enmity between groups on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth, as prohibited under Section 196 of the BNS, 2023.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, code, or infrastructure of the platform.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform in ways not intended by PixelPro AI.
- Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, usage quotas, or any access controls implemented on the platform.
4.3 AI-Generated Reference Content Only
PixelPro AI is a platform for creating fully synthetic, AI-generated content. Any face, person, or character appearing in a reference image, first frame, last frame, or any other input you submit must be entirely AI-generated. You must not upload, submit, or attempt to use:
- Photographs, scans, recordings, or any likeness of a real person — including yourself or any identifiable individual — whether or not consent has been obtained
- The face, likeness, name, voice, or persona of any celebrity, public figure, or other real-world identity
- Any character or person derived from, trained on, or intended to depict a real human being
Only synthetic, AI-generated people and characters are permitted as reference material. Characters that resemble, are inspired by, or could reasonably be identified as any real celebrity, public figure, or identifiable individual are not permitted as reference material even if generated by AI. By uploading any reference image you represent and warrant that every face, person, and character in your input is AI-generated and does not depict, imitate, reconstruct, or impersonate any real individual. You are solely responsible for any breach of this requirement. PixelPro AI may remove offending content and suspend or terminate your account, without refund, for any violation.
5. Synthetically Generated Information — Platform Obligations
In compliance with IT Rules 2026, PixelPro AI operates as an intermediary that enables the creation of Synthetically Generated Information ("SGI") as defined under those Rules. Accordingly:
- All AI-generated outputs delivered through this platform are identified as AI-generated at the point of delivery within the platform interface.
- Outputs carry embedded provenance metadata in accordance with applicable technical standards, where technically feasible.
- You acknowledge that content you generate on this platform constitutes SGI and you are solely responsible for disclosing its AI-generated nature when publishing or distributing it on any third-party platform, social media channel, or other medium, as required by applicable law.
- You must not remove, obscure, strip, or tamper with any AI-generation label or provenance metadata attached to or embedded in any output delivered by this platform. Doing so may constitute a violation of IT Rules 2026.
6. Content: Ownership and Responsibility
6.1 Your Input Content
You retain full ownership of the text prompts and reference images you submit to the platform ("Input Content"). By submitting Input Content, you grant PixelPro AI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process and transmit your Input Content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
Reference and input media (including reference images, first/last-frame images, audio or video reference clips, and upscale source videos) is not stored by PixelPro AI beyond the duration of your generation job. It is deleted automatically via automated cleanup processes, and in all cases within approximately two hours of upload. The licence granted for reference and input media terminates automatically upon deletion.
Generated outputs (images and videos) are stored in your account and retained until you delete them or close your account.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and consents for any content you upload
- Your Input Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- You will not upload personal data of third parties without their knowledge and consent
6.2 Generated Output
Images and videos generated by PixelPro AI using your prompts and reference images ("Output Content") are provided to you for your use, subject to the following:
- You may use Output Content for personal, commercial, or client projects subject to these Terms
- PixelPro AI does not claim ownership of your Output Content
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or suitability of Output Content for any specific purpose
- You are solely responsible for reviewing Output Content before publishing or distributing it
- Indian copyright law does not currently recognise AI-generated content as automatically copyrightable. PixelPro AI makes no representation that Output Content is protected by copyright. You should seek independent legal advice before asserting copyright ownership over any generated output.
6.3 AI-Generated Content Disclosure Responsibility
You acknowledge that Output Content constitutes SGI under IT Rules 2026. When distributing Output Content outside this platform — including on social media, websites, messaging applications, or any other channel — you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable disclosure and labelling obligations under Indian law.
6.4 Content Moderation Records
PixelPro AI automatically screens all generation prompts for prohibited content before processing. Where a prompt is blocked, we retain a text-only record consisting of the prompt text, the reason for blocking, the model requested, the account identifier, and a timestamp. No uploaded reference or input media is stored in connection with a blocked request. These records are retained for up to 12 months and may be disclosed to law enforcement or government authorities pursuant to a valid legal order.
7. Storage and Download Policy
Generated outputs — images and videos you create on PixelPro AI are stored in your account and retained until you delete them or close your account. You can view, re-download, and manage your generated content at any time from your account library. Generated content is private to your account and not visible to other users.
Reference and input media — any media you upload as a reference or input for a generation is not retained. It is deleted automatically via automated cleanup processes, and in all cases within approximately two hours of upload. See Section 6.1 for full details.
PixelPro AI accepts no liability for generated content that has been deleted by the user.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 PixelPro AI Platform
All rights, title, and interest in and to the PixelPro AI platform — including its software, AI models, design, user interface, trademarks, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of Robotics Realm. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform itself.
8.2 Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the platform ("Feedback"), you grant PixelPro AI an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate such Feedback into our products and services without any obligation to compensate you.
9. Third-Party Services
PixelPro AI integrates with third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, SMS/OTP services, and payment processors — to deliver its service. These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. PixelPro AI is not responsible for the actions, availability, or data practices of third-party providers beyond the contractual obligations we impose on them.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

11. Takedown and Grievance Process

If not resolved within that period, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Cuttack, Odisha, India.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
