4. IT Rules 2026 — Intermediary Compliance

PixelPro AI operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2026 ("IT Rules 2026"). In this capacity:

  • All content generated on this platform constitutes Synthetically Generated Information ("SGI") as defined under IT Rules 2026.
  • All AI-generated outputs are identified as AI-generated at the point of delivery within the platform interface.
  • Outputs carry embedded provenance metadata where technically feasible, in accordance with applicable standards.
  • PixelPro AI maintains a designated Grievance Officer and processes valid takedown notices within legally prescribed timelines.
  • PixelPro AI does not host or permit content that constitutes unlawful SGI as defined under IT Rules 2026, including deepfakes of real persons or content that violates provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

5. DPDP Act Compliance

PixelPro AI processes personal data of users in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the DPDP Rules, 2025. We act as a Data Fiduciary in respect of user data collected during account registration and platform use. Details of our data collection, processing, and retention practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Users have the right to:

10. Reporting Unlawful Content

If you encounter content on the PixelPro AI platform that you believe violates Indian law, including content that constitutes unlawful SGI under IT Rules 2026, or content that violates the BNS, POCSO, or any other applicable statute, please report it immediately to:
