Shipping & Delivery Policy

PixelPro AI is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. This policy explains how the products you purchase are delivered.
1. What You Receive
Every purchase on PixelPro AI is a prepaid credit pack. Credits are digital units that unlock AI video generation and upscaling on your account. There is nothing physical to dispatch.
2. Delivery Method & Timing
Credits are added to your PixelPro AI account instantly when Razorpay confirms a successful payment, and almost always within a few seconds. You will see:
- Your updated balance on the credits indicator in the site header.
- A "Payment successful" entry on your payment status page.
- A record of the order on your account history page.
If a payment is delayed by your bank or UPI app, our system continues to listen for confirmation from Razorpay. Once the payment is captured, the credits land in your account automatically — no manual step is needed.
3. Shipping Charges
Because the product is digital, there are no shipping fees. The price shown on the pricing page (inclusive of GST) is the only amount charged.
4. Service Region
PixelPro AI is operated from India and accepts payments in INR via Razorpay. Generated videos can be downloaded by anyone signed in to the purchasing account, anywhere in the world.
5. Did Not Receive Your Credits?
In the rare event that you have been charged but your credit balance has not updated within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at support@pixelpro-ai.com with the Razorpay payment id and the email address on your account. We will reconcile the order and credit your account or initiate a refund per our Refund Policy.
