Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made on PixelPro AI. By purchasing credits on this platform, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Nature of Purchases

PixelPro AI sells prepaid credit packs that are consumed when you generate or upscale videos using our service. Credits are non-physical, digital units delivered instantly to your account on successful payment. There are no recurring charges and no subscriptions — every purchase is a one-time payment.

2. Cancellation Before Payment

You can cancel a checkout at any time before payment is captured by closing the Razorpay payment window or the checkout page. No money is charged and no order is created on your account in this case.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because credits are delivered instantly and consumed by AI compute that is paid for at the time of generation, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:

  • You were charged but credits never appeared in your account, and the issue cannot be resolved by support.
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a verifiable platform error.
  • A documented service outage prevented you from using purchased credits and we are unable to restore the affected credits.

Refunds are not available simply because credits were not used, or were used in a way you later regretted.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation falls under section 3, please email us within 7 days of the transaction at support@pixelpro-ai.com with:

  • The email address on your PixelPro AI account.
  • The Razorpay payment id and order id (visible on your payment status page and in your bank/UPI statement).
  • A short description of the issue.

We will respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Failed and Pending Payments

If your payment fails or is cancelled mid-flow, no credits are added to your account. If money was deducted but the order shows as failed, the bank will normally auto-reverse the charge within 5–7 business days. If it does not, contact us with the details above and we will work with Razorpay to resolve it.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Cuttack, Odisha, India.
