This Privacy Policy explains how Robotics Realm, a registered Indian proprietorship operating the PixelPro AI platform ("PixelPro AI", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. It also explains your rights as a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
By creating an account or using any part of the PixelPro AI platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
1. Who We Are
PixelPro AI is an AI-powered image and video generation platform operated by Robotics Realm, a sole proprietorship registered in Odisha, India.
We act as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023 — meaning we determine the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you register for a PixelPro AI account, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number, verified by one-time password (OTP)
- Your email address, used for billing and important account communications
- Account creation date and last login timestamp
- Credit balance and transaction history
- Consent acceptance timestamp and version at the time of registration
Passwords are stored in encrypted, hashed form where email-based registration is used.
2.2 Content You Provide
To generate images and videos, you provide:
- Text prompts describing the content you want to create
- Reference images, first/last-frame images, audio or video reference clips, and source videos for upscaling, uploaded as inputs for generation jobs
- Settings and parameters you configure for each generation request
Reference and input media is not retained. Any media you upload as a reference or input is used solely to perform the generation you requested. It is stored only temporarily and deleted automatically via automated cleanup processes, and in all cases within approximately two hours of upload. We do not retain your uploaded reference or input media after that point.
Generated content is retained. Images and videos you generate are stored in your account and remain available until you delete them or close your account. Generated content is private to your account and not visible to other users.
2.3 Payment Information
When you purchase credit packs, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details, UPI handles, or banking information on our servers. The payment processor collects and processes payment data under its own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance framework. We receive only a transaction confirmation and payment amount from the payment processor.
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the platform, including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform
- Session duration and timestamps of key interactions
2.5 Phone Validation Data
To prevent fraud and abuse, your phone number may be validated against third-party risk intelligence services at the time of registration. This validation is performed to protect the security of the platform and all its users. No additional personal data is shared with these services beyond your phone number.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent — you provide explicit consent at the point of account registration by accepting these terms and this Privacy Policy
- Legitimate use — processing necessary to provide the platform services you have requested, including generation jobs, credit management, and account security
- Legal obligation — processing required to comply with applicable Indian law, including IT Rules 2026, GST Act, and orders from competent courts or government authorities
You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the PixelPro AI service. Specific uses include:
- Verifying your identity and securing your account via OTP authentication
- Processing your image and video generation requests
- Managing your credit balance and processing transactions via our payment processor
- Displaying your generation history and account activity
- Sending transactional SMS or email notifications such as OTP codes and payment confirmations
- Diagnosing bugs, monitoring platform performance, and preventing fraud and abuse
- Complying with legal obligations under Indian law
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your personal data for targeted advertising.
5. Synthetically Generated Information and Content Moderation
All content generated on this platform constitutes Synthetically Generated Information ("SGI") under IT Rules 2026. Your text prompts and reference media are used solely to process your generation request.
We do not use your prompts or uploaded media to train AI models, share them with other users, or use them for any purpose beyond completing your requested generation job.
Content moderation: Every generation prompt is automatically screened for prohibited content before any generation runs. Where a prompt is blocked, we retain a text-only record of the prompt, the reason for blocking, the model requested, the account, and a timestamp. No uploaded media is stored in violation records.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver the platform, we share limited data with the following categories of third-party processors. All processors are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes described and in compliance with applicable law.

To generate your content and to screen prompts for safety, your prompt and any reference or input media are transmitted to and processed by independent third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf. Reference media is made available to providers via a temporary, expiring access link for the duration of the generation only. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. PixelPro AI does not control, and does not represent, how an independent provider may transiently process data on its own systems to perform the requested service.
We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by a valid court order or government authority under Indian law.
7. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers hosted by our cloud infrastructure provider in the United States (us-west-2 region). We implement the following security measures:
- All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)
- Stored files are protected using object-storage access controls and least-privilege identity-and-access-management (IAM) policies
- API credentials and internal secrets are never exposed in browser-accessible environments
- Access to user data within our organisation is restricted to personnel who require it to perform their role
- Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments of our infrastructure
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required under the DPDP Rules, 2025. We will also notify affected users without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in harm to you.
8. Cookies and Tracking
PixelPro AI uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and analyse usage. Specifically:
- Session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit
- Preference cookies to remember your settings between sessions
- Analytics cookies for aggregated usage statistics to improve the platform
We do not use cookies for targeted advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookie behaviour through your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from using the platform.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by Indian law.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023
As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed
- Right to Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Right to Erasure — request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to legal retention requirements
- Right to Grievance Redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer and receive a response within 30 days
- Right to Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity
- Right to Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent to processing at any time by deleting your account

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India at www.dataprotectionboard.gov.in, or approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Children and Minors
PixelPro AI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Under the DPDP Act, 2023, processing personal data of a child (any person under 18 years of age) requires verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor has registered on our platform, please contact us immediately at legal@pixelpro-ai.com and we will delete the account and all associated data promptly.
12. Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside India, including in the United States (us-west-2 region). Where we transfer personal data outside India, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through contractual arrangements with our processors, consistent with the requirements of the DPDP Act and applicable RBI and MeitY guidelines.

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by SMS or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The Effective Date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of PixelPro AI after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT Rules 2026. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Cuttack, Odisha, India.

17. Account & Data Deletion
To delete your account or your data, please email support@pixelpro-ai.com. We will delete your personal information and generation data within 90 days of your request, subject to any legal retention requirements noted above.
